Tuesday

Off to private class in a moment.

Working hard and a rather fond habit of gin and tonics in the evening.

Busy and regularly quite tired. I have started taking naps again after my day job to recharge the batteries.

The diet has gone a bit haywire too. Not drastically but it needs some work. Looking after Grace is still a tough job. I very wisely jumped on the bike on Sunday evenng and did my old route through the country for an hour which brought welcome relief.

Apart from this, life is fairly blissful dispite watching the entire world full into a stinky sea of corruption and vileness. It really is an awful mess of things man has made, especially of late.

We watched Swiss Family Robinson the other day which was great and John Mills represents the man of yesterday, the man you no longer see. He looked so damn fit I checked him up on IMDB and sure enough he passed away aged 97 in 2005. I'm not in the least surprised.

Movies watched:-

Drive - stylish but same old done to death storyline
The Ides of March - cracking actors, worth watching; premise "everyone involved in politics is faeces."
Mash the movie - exhilarating, hilarious, heart-wrenching, genius!
Contagion - worth watching
Midnight in Paris - glorious from the first seconds to the very last one. Must-see
