Here is our basic Mean Green recipe.
1. Kale. The is the most important ingredient.
2. Cucumber. A base with lots of water.
4. Celery. Another base.
5. Lime.
6. Ginger.
7. Parsley. Apparently parsley and coriander are very important anti-toxin agents.
Here is one I want to try tomorrow.
1. Carrot.
2. Apple.
3. Celery.
