USIt ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

It's 4 in the morning and I am scanning the online papers.

Things do look rather serious right now for the human beans. The US is hemorrhaging so badly right now it's almost scary. Not much on the job front and it ain't getting any better. Actually, it is the belief of this linear pattern that we expect to follow that is the pit we all fall into. And the belief that everything can return to normal, like the old ways.

Here's a nice article

and here is a great article on predicted futures;

and if that's too daunting, just watch this (it's very easy)

...or perhaps it is merely the idle musings on an old fool...

...or is it?

...or maybe it is?

...or is it?

Yep, had a read of his articles, he doesn't half bang on a bit. Interesting but nothing new to be honest. Was slightly perturbed by your previous posting fella. War? Be careful what you wish for. I'm sure that in reality the last thing you'd want to see would be innocent guts spilt on the streets. What positives have wars ever really achieved beyond money generation (in terms of industry/manufacture) and advances in technology? Even wars that have been won and are typically seen as a 'success' at least for us Brits (first and second WW for example) have only been responses to the aggression of an intolerant regime. Hardly a benchmark to measure war by.

Ya. Don't get me wrong, I am not looking for war, only projecting ahead. I think that major conflict is inevitable when resources really start to get scarce. Internally, there are already plenty of fighting on the streets as economies collapse and undergo some kind of transition. I think at some point China will start to claim resources that might belong to others. I certainly won't be fighting. I'll be running in the other direction. Thanks for reading and discussion.
